From the Premier Barber Collection. This coin is ultra gem quality! You won't find many 1913's with as much life and color as this coin! Deep mirrors are really powerful and beam from all over. They are crystal clear, have zero imperfections, and have intense reflectivity. They also look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Both sides have a gorgeous swirling mix of totally original pale purple/gold/lilac/blue/pale aqua green colors. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic! Only 450 pieces were minted. PCGS 6, NGC 12, CAC 8. The last record we have of a PCGS piece selling was a NON CAC piece which realized $5,463 back in May 2009. That piece was also darker. We can't stress enough how the market has put genuinely rare coins like this "silent stopper" for the series on sale. Opportunity knocks loud here! Cert.
