- The Blackhawk Collection. 30 graded PR-66 CAM, 8 higher at PCGS. An interesting study in the proof manufacture process just after the Civil War, the planchet retains pre-strike horizontal striations over the portrait. Still, the strike was more than capable of pulling up all of the finer details of the design. Very faint carbon microspecks bear mention and the contrast just meets cameo qualification.
