Tantalizingly Rare Proof 10 Kopeks (t) RUSSIA. 10 Kopeks, 1833-CNB HT. St. Petersburg Mint. Nicholas I. NGC PROOF-64+. KM-C-164.1; Bit-348. An enticing RARITYthat does not present itself often, this proof striking offers incredible eye appeal through its gunmetal gray tone and burnished olive toning around the devices. Meanwhile, a great deal of glistening brilliance radiates off from the gleaming surfaces, with the example itself residing at the cusp of Gem status.
