- MEXICO. Empire of Maximilian. 50 Centavos, 1866-Mo. PCGS MS-62 Secure Holder. KM-387. Difficult to obtain in mint state and this example is certainly worthy of that designation. Well struck and showing no handling wear on the high points of obverse or the low relief reverse. Most of the surfaces are toned with a medium slate gray on the obverse and a light golden orange on the reverse with complete luster beneath. Quite attractive. Estimate: $600 - $800. PCGS #521585.
