GREAT BRITAIN. Testoon, ND (1544-47). London Mint. Henry VIII. PCGS VF-35 Gold Shield. S-2366; North-1841. Third coinage; im: pellet-in-annulet. A wonderfully pleasing later issue of Henry VIII, featuring his facing bust and expressive gaze. Some typical striking weakness is noted throughout, and the metal, though exhibiting some areas of roughness, is solid overall for issue. Charmingly toned and a great example of the type.
