A teensy lint mark in the right obverse field is noted under strong magnification. Possibly dipped at one time, but only mentioned for the sake of accuracy. PCGS 12; NGC 6. Just 500 Proofs were struck. PCGS Price Guide Value is $5,500. An NGC example traded in June 2015 for $4,465 and prices and demand have done nothing but climb since that time.
