Graded at a time before PCGS designated Cameos, this flashy, pleasing, and CHOICE Civil War date quarter is a borderline CAMEO. There are traces of toning at the rims, and the surfaces show only a few minor lines which account for the assigned grade. Only 470 were struck. PCGS 30, NGC 10.
